Welcome to AdComp Systems Group.. ("ASG") Site. This privacy policy explains our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used by ASG when you access our Sites and applications, including www.adcompsystems.com and municipal.cc (collectively the "Site"). This privacy policy does not apply to the use of personal information by third parties whose websites or systems may be linked to our Site or who collect information from you through our Site, such as any municipal or other governmental authorities. User profile and contact information: During the account registration process or otherwise during your use of our Site, you may provide us personal information such as your, name, email address, home address, phone number, license plate number, vehicle identification number (VIN), make and model of your vehicle, payment information, utility information or other data relevant to the particular ASG payment service you are using, and you may create a username and password.
User content: We may collect information that you submit when you contact ASG user support, or otherwise contact ASG. This may include your name, email address, and phone number, and any other information submitted during your use of our Site.
Site Information and Tracking Technologies: The Site may use a standard technology called a "cookie" to collect information about how you use the Site. "Cookies" are small text files that may be placed on your web browser when you visit our Site. You can disable cookies on your device. If you opt not to accept cookies, you may not be able to benefit from the full features of our Site. VI. USE IN THE UNITED STATES

Our Site is intended for use in and by individuals located in the United States. Personal information collected from you, including via the Site, will be transferred to ASG in the United States where this Site is hosted, and may also be stored in ASG's data centers located outside of the United States. You hereby consent to the transfer of your personal information to the United States or to other locations where ASG may store and manage information in connection with its Sites. Please do not use our Site if you do not agree to the transfer and processing of your personal information by ASG as described in this privacy policy or if it is illegal to do so in your home country.

ASG is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of your personal information. While we implement security measures to help safeguard your data, no security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the security of our servers or databases, nor can we guarantee that information you supply will not be intercepted while being transmitted to us over the Internet. Please use caution any time you provide information over the Internet. Also, you must take steps to select a complex password and not share your log in credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed or used by an unauthorized person, please contact us immediately.

VIII. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The Site is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 and in the event that we learn that a child under the age of 13 has provided information on our Site, we will delete that information as soon as possible.
